You have the funds ready to transfer immediately upon confirmation.

All commission correspondence will be conducted in English.

You may use commissioned works for personal use, including but not limited to desktop backgrounds, display at home, or for display in online galleries (preferably with credit and/or a link back), etc.

You may not use commissioned works for profit, including but not limited to advertisements, promotional media, merch, etc.

You retain the rights to all your own intellectual property in commissioned works.

You agree to not use any commissioned works for AI training.

I retain the rights to reproduce, distribute, and display all commissioned works.

I retain the right to terminate a commission at any time.

All prices listed represent starting rates.

Complex details, supplementary design work, and extra revisions may incur extra cost.

All payments are taken in USD via PayPal invoice.

DO NOT send payment via "friends and family."

All payments must be made up front, except payments in excess of $500. In which case a payment plan may be arranged.

All revisions should be made in the sketching stages.

More than two rounds of revisions, and revisions requested after sketch stages will cost extra depending on their scope.

Free revisions will be granted post completion if a mistake has been made on my part (example: I forgot to include a marking).

I will specify expected turnaround when I announce openings.

I typically cannot honor a precise due date for completion.

I will communicate with you about expected turnaround time as well as when to expect updates.

I cannot offer full or partial refunds for completed work.

Full refunds will be given if requested before any work has started, partial refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on how much work has been done.

If your commission was terminated by me part way through, I will refund an amount that represents the work that was not done.

I will announce openings on social media and post a link to the form.

Feel free to email or DM with questions while the form is open.

Once I have reviewed submissions I will email the selected applicants and announce that I have done so.

If I've accepted your application I will contact you with a quote for your piece and any questions I have before I start.

I don't mind a some cooperative brainstorming if you want to develop your idea some more at this stage, so please don't be shy to speak up.

After I confirm your quote I will send an invoice.

When I receive payment I will give you a timeframe in which you will receive your first update.

The first update will always be a rough sketch. Larger pieces will start with multiple rough sketches to choose from. All major changes should be handled in this stage.

After this I will produce a refined sketch with all the details worked out visibly. All remaining revisions should be addressed at this stage.

After revisions I will send one final sketch for review and approval.

I will then send an update for each major phase of completion (inks/flats > shading > alts > etc) along with any questions I may have in the process.

Upon completion you will receive a download link to the full resolution PNG, an upload-friendly JPG, and any alts or crops requested.

Raw layered files can be delivered upon request. (.CLIP or .PSD)

Please download your files in a timely manner as I cannot keep them on the cloud indefinitely.
